We are running A’ddict official website and Parnell Amazon (U.S.). 

* Please contact Amazon directly to resolve any issues for orders purchased from Amazon.

Your account may have been automatically deactivated for some reason, although you have yet to process it on your own.

If you cannot log in, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so we can investigate and assist you accordingly.

You can reset your password your own. Please click the ‘Forgot Password?” remark under the log in section. Then, you will receive an email from A’ddict. If you have not received any email from us, double-check your junk box in case the corresponding email was automatically sorted in the junk box.

If you failed to change your password, don't hesitate to contact us if the issues remain even after trying as guided. We will assist you at our best to successfully change the password.

A’ddict currently does not have a membership system. However, we are planning to soon open a membership.

ORDER

If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, it is most likely because an incorrect email address was entered during checkout.

Kindly send us an email at cs@a-ddictbeauty.com  or DM us with your name and phone number, as well as the items that you purchased, so that we can search your order.

Right after an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you designated.

If you could not locate the email, please check your junk box just in case the corresponding email was automatically sorted as spam and delivered to the junk box.

Please note that only one discount coupon code can be applied per order. However, FREE SHIPPING coupon and discount coupon can be used together. If you apply 2 or more discount codes, the larger discount will be applied.

Once you add all the products in your cart, you can check the final discount and free gifts that you will receive.

Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed or canceled. However, if you forgot to apply a discount code, we can do that for you.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 a-ddictbeauty.com is dedicated store for US and Canada customers. Unfortunately, shipping is not available to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico at the current time.

Orders over $80.00 ship for free!

Orders under $80.00 ship will vary depending on your package weight.

Orders for Alaska and Hawaii might have an additional shipping charge.


International

Orders for Canada will vary depending on your products and package weight. 

You may refer to the shipping fees at the final stage during checkout.

If your order is already paid  and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us and include your order number for faster processing.


Unfortunately we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been processed by our warehouse, so please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping information during the checkout process. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by customer during checkout.

You can track your order on your own. Please click the [ABOUT] tab above in Parnell’s website, and click [Order Tracking]. You can insert your “order number” and “Email”, or “Tracking Number” to track your order. 

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update. If it’s been more than 48 hours and your order still shows no movement, we’re here to help! Email us at cs@a-ddictbeauty.com

It’s totally normal for your tracking to go a few days without an update. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking may not update until it goes out for delivery. Sometimes shipping labels can get scratched during processing and don't register properly, but your package should still be on its way!

If more than 14 business days have passed since your package shipped and you still haven't seen any updates, please contact us at cs@a-ddictbeauty.com  for assistance. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement within 15 days of purchase. Please reference your order number with all communications with our customer service for faster assistance.

1. Only products purchased on A’ddict may be returned for a refund or replacement.

2. We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.

3. Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals.

4. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost is equal to the initial shipping rate.

5. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.

6. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

7. If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The scent is the same, the differences is on the perfume type. Fever Love is cream type and the renewal Naked is primer type 😊
